How we don't charge
We do not charge a percentage of savings. We do not charge on a contingency basis. We do not accept Microsoft partner incentives, referral fees, or commissions from resellers. This is the structural reason our advice can be independent: we are not paid more for recommending one Microsoft product over another.

Why public pricing
Most boutique advisory firms hide fees. We publish indicative ranges because procurement teams want to know if we're in budget before the first call. Your final fee depends on the size of your Microsoft spend, complexity of your agreement stack, and the scope of representation you want.
