These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of microsoftnegotiations.com (the "Site") operated by Microsoft Negotiations ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Microsoft Negotiations is an independent advisory firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Microsoft Corporation. "Microsoft," "Microsoft 365," "Azure," "Dynamics 365," "Copilot," "Entra," "Defender," "Purview," "Sentinel," "Power Platform," and related product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used on this Site for identification and commentary purposes only.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal and business-informational purposes. You agree not to: use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; scrape or systematically download content except as permitted by our robots.txt and llms.txt; or use the Site to send unsolicited marketing to us or others.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, data, and software) is owned by or licensed to Microsoft Negotiations and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICROSOFT NEGOTIATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Microsoft Negotiations harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
